Pom Pom Balloons! {Feature}

I announced earlier this month, and I hope you got a chance to read it, that my hubby and I are expecting our first baby! Naturally, I have been on the lookout for great crafts for kids and then I stumbled upon this super cute idea for a kids party or I guess it could be for any party!
